Caldwell County Kentucky | 2017 eclipse went directly over me. I didn't have to drive anywhere.
But the people that drove into the area of the eclipse and left pretty quick afterwards caused "bubble" traffic jams on the main highways in all directions leaving the eclipse path.
There was no shortage of food, fuel, or cash.
I guess the best thing is to wait, hours, or the next day, before hitting the road home. Watch google maps to see traffic conditons then decide. | |
