Heaviest precip was always supposed to come Sunday night into Monday for SE SD and depending on where you are in that area they haven't been talking particularly big snow totals for several days, there's a reason much of the area is only under a Winter Weather Advisory rather than any sort of warning. Still lots of precip forecasted just most in liquid form.
