I would think that if the insurance policy was cheap that there was a reason. Most insurance is experience-rated. If the builder had poor buildings that would go down, the insurance wouldn't be cheap.

"Here", there are building codes that must be met. There is an exemption for ag buildings, but anything I have built is going to meet the codes.
