ECIL | I have a Weber kettle charcoal grill, use it weekly on average, and have used the same grill grate for over 10 years. When I finish grilling I scrape the top and immediately close it. The next time I use it I put the grate on when the charcoal is hot, wait 5 minutes to warm the grate, then brush it before putting meat on. Never had a rust issue and so far no illnesses or deaths. | |
