Municipal lime? You mean the human waste? And what do you mean for feedlots and silage pads? To dump on for temporary storage?
Around here it just gets dumped in a field and spread fairly quickly. There's plenty of reading for and against the stuff to convince yourself either way. It definitely grows stuff, But I haven't been convinced to use it yet. I wouldn't want the stuff sitting around my yard.
