Bidens will get away with it. Remember, Presidential Immunity is a MUST to function as the President of the United States. 
I still and always will call BS to Presidential Executive Orders, Presidential Pardons, and Presidential Immunity. No matter  what political affiliation, religion, race, or gender they are.
I am open to anyones explanation to me as to why we need all or any of the three. Maybe my common sense approach on this matter isn't enough. LOL
