McDonald's hamburger patties are 100% beef with no added oils on the grill. When I eat at McDonald's, that is what I eat. That and a few slices of dill pickle and some cheese. No fries. Sometimes unsweetened tea.
The cheese could be better with some aged real cheese, but I have not found American to have any added soy oil. If it does, someone please let me know and the source of the information. I will quit eating it.
