The salesman actually said it isn’t a factor of cost. (Finished concrete a bit, so it would essentially be the cost of materials).
He said the pens actually stay dryer as the lime sucks out the moisture, and the concrete just holds it.
Again, not sure I buy it. He’s taking me on a little tour tomorrow to see both ways.
