Agree with you on too much government interference...But there is a few BTO's around here doing custom work letting 12 year old kids operate silage dump wagons going up & down public roads at 40+ kilometers an hour.....sometimes we ask for trouble just because some guys get too careless or in too big a hurry......or just plain don't think about what they are doing...!!
