There are very few professions that operate with time windows like farmers must do. In a really wet spring, do you truly beleive that farmers have no reason to ever work 18-20+ hours a day? What about when harvesting delays cause setbacks and a narrow window of opportunity comes your way with more bad weather in the wings?

You need more than that little red hardhat for such as you posted above.
