Went to an 8th grade information night put on by the school and presented by an fbi agent.
Was supposed to be all about internet safety and the dangers to kids.
This was last fall. He very specifically said to all the kids and parents present to get that app off of your phone.
He said "it is downloading the entire contents from you phone everytime you are using it".
Half the folks in the room were confused on why China had anything to do with it. Apparently most thought that all apps come from some brilliant American mind on the west coast.
