Don’t want to be a smart a** but if you owned your own hogs ….you would know.
Are you profitable for a group?
For a year?
Long term…does it return enough for repairs and a fair wage for yourself or hired help?
I’ve been out going on 5 years. My 35 hobby pigs give more profit than 2 barns of grinding turn after turn.
Hog industry is a vampire.
