A low carb diet, even ketogenic, would be a lot cheaper option. And more healthy in my non-medical opinion. Heck even a carnivore diet.

Could buy a lot of hamburger patties, or even rib eye steak, for what the drugs cost. Only side effect might be a smile on the face.
