I’ve had mine for 8 years and sits out all year round under covered porch. I use it all year round. I do throw a cheap welding blanket from harbor freight over it when it gets below 20 degrees out.
Where mine sits in it regularly gets rained on in the spring/summer and I have only ever had to clean the auger out once.
Once spring rolls around we hardly used the oven inside at all. Anything from brisket, ribs, pork butt, Mac n cheese, vegetables, to cookies and brownies get done on it. | |
