Northeast Missouri | The paint appears to be original to me but more pictures would be helpful. The small amount of green paint on the tag is not unusual on an original tractor. Probably is due from some last minute "touching up" at the factory. The rest of the tractor shows itself to be original. It's not easy to tell from one picture. The condition is representative of the dry climate states.
