Pittsburg, Kansas | Yes. Of course look long enough and you can find about any research to support your beliefs. Some of it really bad research with a lot of confounding issues. Just watch a few vegan videos for an example.
It kind of boils down to which experts you believe.
I find his presentations well thought out and logical. He is human and therefore subject to making mistakes. But for me he is in the top ten on line doctors I listen to. He raises some well thought out logical issues with some conventional medicine and nutrition. He is another one of the doctors that developed medical issues himself by following conventional dietary and medical wisdom. He had to study research to cure his own problems with unconventional diet and medicine, and now incorporates it into his own practice. As well as traveling far and wide to present it to audiences.
I used to be on Amlodipine that he talks about in the video. I no longer need it. Fixed the root cause.
