Eastern Washington State | It draws vacuum from right above the venturi. I circled the hose in green in the picture below.
You meter product by seeing it in the 10 gallon cone. I drew black marker over the graduations in the side to make them easier to see. Its a pretty accurate system, my error is probably only a couple or two out of 5 gallons. In the second picture you can see the markings are in half gallon increments and is pretty easy to split between them. Its fairly quick too, probably only takes 10 or 15 seconds to pull 4 gallons into the cone.
