Eastern Washington State | At the front of the trailer I have three water tanks, the front is 2000 gallons and the next two are 1650 giving me 5300 gallons of capacity.
I have a valve going to each tank and a fill line that goes through the floor, the fill port is outside on the right hand side of the trailer.
For a pump I have a 3" John Blue wet seal clone and a Harbor Freight engine. It pumps around 350 GPM.
To the left of the pump is my mixing/metering valve manifold. I spend considerable time thinking this out and I've been very happy with how it worked. While I didn't finish the trailer until now, all of this has been in place and was used this last year. I'm using a venturi to suck products in, I have provitions for pulling out of three different totes (the white 1.5" pipes going to the left) and two mixing cones (the green hoses). The three totes go through a flow meter which is hooked to a ARAG Visio control box (from Dultmeier). The control box gives me a flow readout as well as letting me put in a desired volume and then it will automatically shut off the electronic valve just above the venturi. The Visio control box is really easy to use while still being pretty sophiticated, it even lets you enter in a valve lead time so it shuts things off just at the rigth moment. It works awesome.
I have two mixing cones, a 30 and a 10 gallon. The 30 gallon mixing cone has a chem blade for 2.5 gallon jugs. I have the chem blade for a number of years now and there is no way I'd ever be without one. The 30 gallon cone also has rinse nozzles for adding dry products.
