Doing the low carb thing 40 to 80 perhaps. Eating fats and protien freely. Trying to get a few more omega 3 with cocout oil, olive oil, 3 tbs of ground flax, Salmon once for twice a week.and some fish oil. Still getting omega 6 in beef pork and chicken.
I did take from you to stick to regular meals. I might be more of a grazer but haven't been overly hungry.
