I have benefited from these video's.  He is recommending the fasting insulin test and says that test can vary from test to test because insulin has its peaks and valleys during the day.  How consistent has your test been?  How many test do you need to get an accurate trend or am I making to much to that point.  I am considering going to an independant testing source in Omaha. Fasting for 12 hour and getting a blood draw early morning.
