I get 714.8333 struck with a freebie seed co calculator
3x16x8 +1/2(2x2(16+16+8)) +2(1/3(2x2x2) =469 1/3 on the top "half"
(2.5+8)/2x3x15+ (.5x3)/2x 2.5x2 + 1/3 (5.5x1x3)= 245.5 in the bottom "half"
PB your error appears to be in the volume of the pyramids (corners that are flared both ways) you used 1/2bh instead of 1/3bh
