You have inadvertantly visited a scam website that is made to look like a genuine website from a legitimate source. Ctrl+alt+delete to see if any suspicious looking processes are running. Dont call the number - don't log into any financial website requiring credentials until you are certain the threat has been removed.
Link below explaining the problem - I do not know if 'combo cleaner' is a legitimate malware removal tool - best to seek advice from a knowledgable tech person who can sit down at your machine in person and evaluate the threat.
