Fire recovery is coming along decent enough, waiting on permits and zoning approval to get started tearing down the building. Builders actually found it costs only $2000 more to buy a whole new building, than it is to repair the old one...so, don't have to worry about painting beams and getting the smell out, just replace it!
Hopefully back in by fall, we'll see.
