Telling experiences we have had with drills is not bashing.

Can't even begin to compare removing section control and meters and modifying air delivery system and try to plug a dry tank to hold liquid to adding section control to a drill.

Putting on a simple liquid tank is engineering 101 while developing an advanced section control system that works properly is advanced engineering. They are in no way shape or form at the same level of design.

What I have seen it is an all or nothing option on section control and only crazy people would get it to rip it off for liquid fertilizer. The tanks also may or may not hold liquid fertilizer and may be shot after just a few years. Not worth investing in to just take off and run everything aftermarket. At least you don't have to worry about it with your fertilizer you have available. A lot of liquid fertilizer used west is the Mississippi so many others would like the option too.

Our Deere dealer sells 455 box drills and cultivators as they market old school conventional farming so aren't a resource concerning their air drills.

Enjoy your drill because you know what works for you.
