Easiest way is to look it up in a catalog which can usually be download on the SKF website.
Are you just wanting the insert bearing by itself, or the whole bearing/pillow-block assembly? Regreasable? Seal type? Set-screw or locking collar? Bearing inner race width?
MRO Supply has been my go to for much of my bearing needs. I would try to avoid E-Bay if possible due to a greater chance of receiving something counterfeit.
