Yeah but then you are stuck owning a Bourgault or John Deere. Way…way too many moving parts on both of those. I’ll take a simple design any day.


Who makes a simpler drill anymore? Concord is gone, fexicoil is going the wrong way, as is valderstad, what company are you referring to?


The Horsch is a simple drill. Simple, solid, and does provide a yield bump.

We have had a Concord, Case/Flexicoil, and now the Horsch. Simple and well organized components and routing of hoses. We put on liquid fertilizer with ours and they are designed to do that not like the others that need aftermarket components to apply liquid fertilizer. The major companies say too bad so sad if you don't want to apply dry fertilizer.

Also a lot simpler metering system. Here is our pea/chickpea roller.
