Budget would be good for starters. Depending on budget and location, I'm gonna be listing a mid 90s Gehl 4625, neighbor also has a 4840 which is probably double what we'll ask for ours, but a bit more capable and quite a bit nicer machine.

Budget of 25k, but now wondering if tracks would be better on my grass hill top. https://servimg.com/view/14972252/20

Thanks for all the great advice..

One of my concerns is depreciation even though I said last skid steer. I'm second guessing that after the garage is built, the skid steer wont be as useful and should probably be sold to buy a compact tractor/mower.

So that boils down to if I can justify renting for $300 a day knowing my body cant take eight hrs in a skid steer, probably more like three. I don't need to be rushed during my retirement days so probably not..
How many days rent for my 48x60 stick build, compared to how much I would spend on a used machine and what I could sell it for in four years.. I would be in a pickle if I bought a lemon though..

Sorry just rambling and wishing now I was out there leveling the spot.. https://servimg.com/view/14972252/116
