North Central OH | Facebook is probably your best place to look for sale by owner. I'm partial to the older Newhollands Lx up thru L1xx series, have a Lx885 with 10,000hrs on it that only just now requiring a few repairs. Also have a c190 auction buy that needed an injection pump, repair wasn't bad. I used to inspect auction bobcats in college, they looked like a pain to work on in places but sure they were decent machines. My preference would be NH Lx885, LS180, L180 line, these would have been the most common models I believe 70Hp ish and 2,200lb lift.
