North English Iowa		Hello folks..

I want to get started on a slab on grade stick built garage and need a skid steer.

I don't want any whistles and bells or emissions crap, so older.

Any suggestion on a skid that will be easy to maintain over the years? And where's the best places to search for skid steers for sale by owner?
