Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Guess I’d try a different cable. I seem to have problems with my lightning cables. I just purchased a refurbished iPhone XR. I needed a new case. The new case protects the lightning connector better. I use a wireless charger which I really like.
As far as pictures, I got a newer computer with Win 11. When I plug in the XR, a screen appears with pictures from the phone I can check which ones I want to transfer. The old method wasn’t hard but this is easier.
As far as the dinging, I would try a different cable or give it a half turn.
