That is the high and low, for the regulator on the plasma cutter, IE what you can adjust for while using it. You could feed it with the 150 incoming PSI, but I would dry and regulate the air to 100 PSI, from the compressor anyway. If you get a regulator, make sure the capacity is big enough for your air needs, at full compressor output desired, for other tools.
