Holly Hill, SC | I made up a short hose with a regulator and dryer that can be removed and used for other things if necessary such as a HVLP paint sprayer. I also have a petcock drain at the hose connection to always drain any water before I start. I have had my 45 XP for about 6 years and use it for occasional fabricating on the farm. I have used about 4 electrodes and 10 nozzles. I buy Hypertherm parts from Ebay. What works best for me is find some straight 1/2" thick steel of varying lengths to use as a guide. Mark your pieces to be cut with a sharpie and place the guide about 5/16" from this line. Clamp and pull your torch towards you with the handle above the marked line. Slow , smooth and steady. Enjoy your new purchase. I know I have.
