I will take a stab and say 15$ a sq ft put up here. The building crews are so busy they are raising prices about as much as material prices are softening.
I'm sure its all relative based on location but that seems like a screaming good deal to me. We are closer to $27 a sq/ft plus $5K in permits.
60x150 with sliding doors on ends are $20-$22 as of December , best quotes I found. Eastern ND. Material and labor. No dirt work , nothing else.
60x60 would be higher I’d guess , especially with overhead doors. Doors are stupid expensive now.
