Southern Missouri | Nasdaq has absolutely been strapped to a rocket in the last 12 months , several folks I know with a lot of money invested there are begging me to find them a good farm to buy , we’re in a huge cotton area and front month cotton was 85 cents a year ago right now and 95 cents a lb today , the problem with finding any of the nasdaq people with a desire to buy some farmland here is there’s none for sale , lots of money tied up in big stock portfolios across this country going to be looking to invest , but I can’t help but think farmer land money will cool off if corn and beans continue on as is . | |
