keep us informed please. my brother takes it and has bowel issues. doc put him on metamucile. not sure of symptoms now. also a side effect is dizzy and light headiness which the doctor knows about,,,do the doctors even read side effects? and i am not sure he even needs flomax(tamsulosin).
