Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80 | Just an STO here.
Only filling a 240 gallon 3 pt tank, and using a 7 gallon cleanload eductor, after pump (no by-pass either) I can't keep up putting chemicals, in the 7 gallon tank AND leaving eductor valve ON , constantly; or I might fill tank BEFORE I get my last chemical or COC ,in the eductor. (this is also rinsing jugs, during that "fill time" with bottle rinse, inside 7 gallon tank) Note: I have to shut off water, between adding some chemicals, so 240 gallon tank doesn't get too full, on me. {other NAT members, mentioned that I probably didn't need a by-pass water valve, due to me using such a small 240 tank = they were correct.}
I have a previously plumbed, 20 gallon inductor, on this water wagon, that I used, and it worked fine, but its location meant I had to lift 51 lb AMS, up to shoulder height to dump( pouring chemicals was roughly at eye level, also = not so good); thus I bought and installed this 7 gallon eductor tank and its lid is only roughly 36" above ground = easier to dump and pour chemicals.= safer.
I now mix AMS, into 1000 gallon water wagon, first; then R-up products never touch "unconditioned water". |
