Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I decided to leave the old iPhone 8 in its present state with the weak battery. I can use it as a surveillance camera or as a music source as long as I have access to a charging source.
I recently purchased two of the wireless charging stations from Amazon. They work with the iPhone 8 and subsequent phones. My Gal has an iPhone 8, I have the old iPhone 8 with a weak battery and now the refurbished iPhone XR supposedly with a new battery. We can use the stations with all of them. I really like them as the lightning cable and plug caused me a fair amount of grief in the past. These charging stations make a nice stand for both models.
Instead of changing the battery in the iPhone 8, I might just get another charging station and leave the iPhone 8 in it at all times for a surveillance camera. Maybe leaving it in the charging station continuously is a fire hazard? |
