NEMO | Just installed a o2surf connection system from Radio Labs in our shop last week. It's basically half of their bridge system, just a small aluminum dish that I mounted outside pointing at the window of the house that has the router.
House is about 120 feet away and while I think buried cable would be the best there's a lot of sidewalk that I would have had to bore under and some other obstacles that would have caused issues. So far I'm very happy with it and it gets good reviews and is easy to set up even though they didn't include instructions on assembly. Around $300.
