NW Iowa | You do make good points. Admittedly this is a project I've been wanting to do for years now, and then the "this summer" promptness was sparked by my accountant in December. He thinks I'm so cashy I'm gonna have this huge tax problem and not that I would spend just to spend, but this project will ideally happen at some point; it's just a matter of when. Your points match what I've also considered with the inflation/input costs/high interest, plus the fact that 2024 will likely be a bad grain income year. | |
