Grain country | Most of your questions depend on bushels of corn harvest per year and is corn your only crop and where do you live?
Depending on the state you are in a dryer is optional. Depending where you are there is no point in putting corn storage in if you don't have a dryer.
With that said if you are doing upto 100k bushel a grain leg isn't necessary. If you are going to exceed 150k bushel a grain leg is a necessity.
