Nw Iowa
If you have unlimited funds than legs, pit, loadout tank etc. Here we have a local dealer that has done a lot of setups that look like this. Flat bottom wet bin that holds 10000 on up and filled with a decent size auger. Another auger fills a lower profile dryer from the wet holding bin. Than a bigger grain bin that is filled with a air system. Bin is good sized and because of air system can go quite high. A lot of 100000 or bigger bins bins he has sold. The big bin has a side draw so you can move a 1/3 or sometimes even closer to half on bigger taller bin without turning on a auger. You can also move grain out during season thru side draw without another auger. So basically a holding bin, dryer, air system, big bin. Wiring is pretty simple and he designs it for future expansion and legs and whatever else in the future but keeps upfront cost in line so you can keep ahead of a decent sized combine, keep cost per bushel down because you are building a big bin , not two or three little ones. Price will still blow you away but you are buying bushels and wet holding not legs, down spouts, and reclaim equipment and bin side draw speeds up loading for part of bin unload. All that stuff takes alot of wiring and dollars that don’t flow to bottom line as fast. once you have a core site than you can update as things work out. Dryer doesn’t have to be so big if it is running all the time and can control it from your phone so you don’t need more labor. Grain pit and load out bins are great but very expensive and don’t get you started drying corn. If you want there are a couple of setups in our area and can get you some pictures.
I don’t know what kind of bushels you are looking to build or what kind of funds you are looking to spend.
