ec. nebr. | You have the right idea, but the wrong time frame. Corn and beans are cheap, interest is high. Margins are very slim and getting worse by the day. New bins are overpriced. Can you wait a yr? Things need to change. I think things will come down in the future, as none of this is sustainable now. How will you pay for it this yr? Or is it going to be financed? Bottom line, it will cost at least $100,000 or more!!!!!! Just for a basic setup. Then triple it down the road. A leg can be purchased used if you look around for decent money. How many high dollar 13 in. augers will you buy before you later decide on a leg? | |
