Texas		I have a JD 555 , it will get the job done ,eventually . Big mesquite trees are a slow go . I think mine is about 100 horse and 20k pounds .

Go as big as you can afford.

If the dozer is staying in one place and you don't have to haul it ,id get an older d-8 size .
