Is your radon system pulling house air into it? Open plumbing pit under your basement shower/tub, cracks in the floor, cold joint around the basement perimeter and open sump pit can all cause this. I would first seal all of those things. Next I would install a fresh air vent next to your furnace. Usually a 6" insulated flex pipe that runs down to the floor and loop it back up a foot or so. Creates a J-trap. It is surprising how you don't feel cold air until the furnace kicks in and then your will feel a slight draft. Been installing radon systems for over 10 years. The biggest thing is to make sure your basement floor is sealed the best it can be to eliminate drawing conditioned house air into the radon system.
