NW Washington
Could you give the furnace a source of combustion air using a pipe or duct from outside that is open only when the furnace is firing?
Or rig up a system to turn off the radon vent fan when the furnace is firing? Do you also have a clothes dryer running in the basement or house?
An air-to-air heat exchanger might be a fix, but it is more expensive. https://home-energy.extension.org/choosing-an-air-to-air-exchanger-s...
Or just crack a basement window open a little if all else fails.
