That is how it should have built them in the first place, theywere not designed to be "tillage" tractors, they were designed for row crop work, having smaller front wheels would have reinforced that and the would have been used as intended.
I think they were designed to be a failure. You can't put out a large tractor or afford to buy a large tractor and not use it.
