Deere's steering wheels are easily moved/ tilted out of the way, before exiting. Want a tilt wheel on the 86 and some (thinking it may have been an option?) of the 88 series tractors, you get to go aftermarket.

Why are there retrofit steps for the 86 and 88 cabs, some available with handrails for extra safety, if the originals are so great?
