Pretty much overthinking one of the simplest operations on the farm.
Buy a black poly tank and set it on gravel, crushed rock, or concrete and it will. E there for the rest of your life and you can see it.
Easier to pump
Can have a sight tube
You wd never know how much is left in underground
Just a bad idea IMO
Anyone ever bought one of these import tire mounting machines?
