It is interesting. Once they got it built, somebody looked at it and said, instead of that, why don't we jus leave the motor where it was and put the fan in front of radiator and draw air from top and blow it forward.....hmmmmm that might work. 88series.
This was all being done, at the time the 86 series was jus getn Rollin good off the assembly line, 1977
