Mini3 pro is a good deal currently, you an buy direct from DJI the prices for new are broadly similar someone might have a deal on extra battery or something.
Would echo getting the version with screen in controller transforms the experience compared to tying up your phone just to use it.
Also if getting mini3 note only 'pro' version has collision sensors - on occasion nice to have. Also it does some extra tricks at following you or orbiting automatically these are very worthwhile at times. The mini4 is a bit more but seems to have improved range and slightly better pics and videos in low light but mini 3 is good in low light too.
